There
is a choice between vertical horizontal and cylindrical
bulk milk coolers. Each better than the other because
they are lightweight, fast cooling & extra tough.
The inner vessel and other casing of each cooler in
AISI 304 stainless steel (trans cold prime surface heat
transfer incorporator for thermal efficiency is also
provided). The vertical open tank has an angled bottom
ensures complete empty tip. Its specialties one thick
insulation, internal ball seal, DN 50 threaded outlet
with plastic caps. The horizontal open type tank has
cover with a retainer for open type tank has cover with
a retainer for open position and two-food type plastic
lid for milk feeding the drain cock is supplied with
wing type DN50 safety release.
The cylindrical closed type tank has a manhole type
close fitting covers for thick insulation. The environmentally
safe polyurethane form is used. It has a DN50 butterfly
valve outlet.
All the refrigeration plant have direct expansion, no
freezing at low fill levels, R22 coolant and performance
as per ISO 5708 class 2 A / V standards
